Ingredients for Tava pulao.


  • Dried red chili.
  • Hot water.
  • Garlic cloves.
  • Black salt.
  • Jeera powder.
  • Salt.
  • Water.
  • Oil.
  • Butter.
  • Cumin seed.
  • Onions.
  • Ginger paste.
  • Red garlic chutney.
  • Capsicum.
  • Cabbage.
  • Tomatoes.
  • Green peas.
  • Garam masala.
  • Pav bhaji masala.
  • Boiled basmati rice.
  • Lemon juice.




Take Dried red chili and deseed it and soak it in the hot water for 5 minutes and now take grinder jar and add soaked red chilies with some garlic cloves and with some masalas like garam masala, jeera powder, black salt and a little bit of salt grind it in a fine paste, Now take a big pan and add oil and butter together and saute it with some Cumin seed.Onions.Ginger paste.Red garlic chutney.


Now add some cabbage, capsicum, and some fresh tomatoes with some green peas and add a little bit of water and cook it nicely now add garam masala with pav bhaji masala and mix it well and now add boil basmati rice and mix it well and now add the end add some lemon juice and give it a final mix.
