Hello my, Foodies, everybody has eaten that steamed and sticky momos and that’s what we don’t want right. So for that today I am gonna share with you an awesome recipe.

The recipe spice blast flavour blast and the most mouthwatering flavour with that smoky flavour in your home and the recipe are tandoori momos. Let’s know something about momos first.

History

Basically MOMO is a traditional Chinese food which was found in China with some Hakka people Hakka mean the travellers. They travel around the world they have to stay in a similar country for some days so they take a Chinese food MOMO which is basically was a chicken but they mix it with some Indian vegetable and then when they created MOMO and at the present momos are the very famous street foods for North Indian and for the country which are located in North.

Ingredients.

.Maida

.Water

.Salt

.cabbage

.Carrot

.Onions

.Capsicum

.Paneer

.Black pepper

.Red chilli powder

.Dry mango powder

.Green chillies

.Fesh mint

.Fresh coriander.

Process.

Take a plain plate to add maida and salt and mix it well and now add water in the maida and knead it in soft dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Take any kitchen cloth and add cabbage, onions, carrots and remove all the water from vegetables.

And now take a deep bowl to add all the vegetable carrots, capsicum, cabbage, onion, and add some masala like red chilli powder, black pepper, dry mango powder and green chillies mint leave and some coriander leaves with some sprinkle of salt and now add grated paneer and mix it well with the masala.

Now make nice small balls from the dough and sprinkle some maida on top flatten then maida dough in a little circle and in the middle add our ready masala and close all the four side with applying some water with finger and close it now and steam it for 5 minutes in idli maker and now heat up a Kadai add some oil and add garlic ginger and a little bit of onion and mix it with some red chilli powder and salt with some soy sauce schezwan chutney and now mix it with steam MOMO and now guess

What your tandoori MOMO is ready to serve it hot with green chutney.
