Restaurant style /Tomato soup recipe.


Hello, My friends who don’t want to eat healthy foods, and tomato soup are very good for a diet person who is looking for proteins and everytime you make tomato soups at home it become become little bit sleaky but not perfect as a good nice restaurant one. But,don’t take any pressure cause today I am going to share with you an awesome recipe of tomato soup So,let’s begin.

Tomato soup



  • Pan.
  • Olive oil.
  • Bay leaves.
  • Cinnamon.
  • Black cinnamon.
  • Black cardamom.
  • Garlic 3 – 4 no’s (crushed).
  • Ginger(finely chopped).
  • Onion (medium-sized cut).
  • Beetroot(medium-sized cut).
  • Carrots(fine chopped).
  • Coriander stems(finely chopped).
  • Kashmiri red chili powder.
  • Tomato (fine chopped).
  • Salt(as per as taste).
  • Sugar(half teaspoon).
  • Cumin powder.
  • Boiled water(1.5 liters).
  • Black pepper(a pinch).
  • Ketchup(2 teaspoons).
  • Lemon juice(few drops).
  • Corn starch (2 teaspoons).
  • 4 bread slices(cut in squares).


Take a pan heat up some olive oil in it as you need now add all the whole spices given and let it release its taste for 2 minutes in high flame after cooking it saute some medium-sized chopped onions in it.

After sauteing all the onions add beetroot and carrots give a mix and cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame by the close lid, always remember one thing at the time of adding tomatoes don’t put a lid on the cause because of that tomatoes will lose their colour okay!

And now add finely chopped tomatoes with sugar and with some salt as per taste give it a mix and all the powdered masala given up and mix them well after that add 1-liter boil water and now give a hard mix at high flame for 10 to 15 minutes .

Ater the gravy gets a little bit thick strain the outer coverage of tomato and all the spices and only remove the flavoured water and now add 500 ml of boil water and boil it for 10 minutes after that add thickened gravy, take a bowl to add corn starch with some amount of water and give mix now add the cornstarch slurry in the gravy give it a mix.

For preparing the filling take 4 bread slices cut into square and fry the pieces on the pan after toasting the well add it in tomato soup. Guess what.

Your hot and tasty tomato soup like a restaurant is ready to serve it hot with some toastie you made on.
