The new Paediatric Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome disease have seen in Children’s admitted in Mumbai affected by covid 19. This disease worries Doctors. The ICMR has already been informed about this new disease.

Children’s admitted in Mumbai’s Wadia hospital because they are tested positive for coronavirus are showing symptoms of PMIS (Paediatric Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome). This disease is usually happens in children below five years, but PMIS in India is affecting children between the age of 10 months to 15 years. According to several media reports, Eighteen out of nearly 100 coronavirus positive children’s have shown symptoms of PMIS. Till now two children have died after being affected with PMIS in Mumbai. One child had covid 19 along with cancer and another one is in very serious state.
