Hello, My foodies as you know India has the most number of vegetarians in the whole world and Indian’s always change everything according to their taste and it is the same for shawarma, shawarma is a meat dish which basically gets slow cook by the corner and it gets shredded from corners and it gets served with some spread in a special shawarma bread so let’s know some story of it.

History.

Wraps and rolls gave a new revolution to the whole world at some part it going to end but not now. So what happens in middle Eastern turkey there is one kingdom known as automans they rule turkey very well. Automans were the fans of barbeque so at there kitchen one chef just does something with a slice of meat by cooking it up in a stand griller and serving it with some awesome roti called Khobi so let’s know the recipe.

Ingredients for paneer marination.

  • Paneer.
  • Red chili powder.
  • Salt.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Hung curd.
  • Salt.
  • Ginger garlic paste.
  • Tomato ketchup.
  • Oregano coriander.

Process.

Take a paneer slice it in very thin square slices now add the top of that sprinkle some red chili powder with some salt. Now for marinating take a bowl and add some mayo and some Hung curd with tomato ketchup with some ginger garlic paste salt and some finely chopped coriander with a little bit of dried oregano now apply the marinate on paneer and grill the paneer on a pan now filling is ready now it’s time for salad.

Ingredients for shawarma salad.

  • Best root.
  • Carrot.Onions.
  • Cucumber.
  • Green chilies.
  • Bay leaves.
  • Garlic cloves.
  • Water.Vinegar.

Process.

Take all veggies and cut it in a long stick now take vessel heat up some water with vinegar bay leaves and garlic cloves now add carrots beetroots and onions not cucumber now boil them and strain all the water now mix it with cucumber your salad is ready.

Ingredients for shawarma roti.

  • Refined flour.
  • Salt.
  • Bakin powder.
  • Baking soda.
  • Powdered sugar.
  • Hung curd.

Process.

Take a bowl add all the ingredients given up and knead nice soft dough.

Ingredients for spread.

  • Mayonnaise.
  • Ginger garlic paste.
  • Tomato ketchup.

Process.

Take a bowl add mayonnaise with some ginger garlic paste and some tomato ketchup now give it a mix.

Prep time.

Take a dough flatten it bake it on a Tava from both sides now at middle add a small shredded planner with salad and apply some spread now roll the khamiri roti guess what
