Paneer makhani dum biryani.

Hello, My foodies biryani are a very traditional dish that gets created in many cuisines and in many ways, whether you are cooking a non-veg biryani or a veg biryani So, today I am gonna share with you an awesome recipe of paneer makhani dum biryani.

Ingredients for biryani rice.

Water.

Bay leaves.

Salt.

Cloves.

Cinnamon stick.

Javitri.

Green cardamom.

Lemon wedge.

Ghee.

Mint leaves.

Basmati rice.

Process.

Take a vessel and heat up the amount of water according to your rice amount and now boil the water after it starts getting boiled up then add salt and all the ingredients given up and boil it a little bit for releasing the flavours of masala.

And now add soaked basmati rice and boil the rice al-Dante means half-cooked after it gets cooked little bit strain all the water from rice and keep the rice aside.

Ingredients for paneer makhani.

Butter.

Oil.

Cumin seeds.

Onions.

Tomatoes.

Garlic cloves.

Ginger.

Kashmiri red chili.

Cashew nuts.

Turmeric powder.

Red chili powder.

Sugar.

Garam masala.

Salt.

Paneer.

Process.

Take a pan set on work on medium flame and add butter with some oil to avoid burning of butter and now add cumin seeds (jeera).

Add onions and saute it a little bit and add tomatoes with some Cashew nuts, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, sugar,garam masala, with some water to soften the ingredients and now grind all the pan ingredients in a fine paste.

Take a bowl to add the fine paste and add paneer and marinate for 15 minutes, Now Take any vessel you like and heat it up with some ghee and now add a little bit of paneer marination with some fried onions fresh mints. 

And now add the cooked rice on top and do this process one by one and now add the top put some fried onions and some fresh mint and close the lid and give it a dum on low flame for 30 minutes. Guess what.

Your hot and tasty recipe of paneer makhani dum biryani is ready to serve it hot with some mint raita.
