Hello, My foodies every time thinking about making a dish with paneer which two recipes came into your mouth Palak paneer and Matar paneer that’s an obvious answer for every Indian but today I am going to share with you guys an awesome paneer recipe with a twist so, let’s begin.

Masala Paneer Pakora Recipe


  • Milk(1 liter).
  • Vinegar.
  • Water.
  • Green chilies.
  • Ginger.
  • Garlic.
  • Besan.
  • Ajwain.
  • Salt.
  • Baking soda.
  • Oil.

Process for making paneer.

Take a saucepan add 1 liter of milk with ginger-garlic and green chilies and give it the first boil and put the flame on low.

Take a bowl add a little bit of water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar and give it a stir Now add vinegar mixture slowly into milk and keep mixing it continuously and after milk starts separating strain all the water with the use of a cloth.

And then to remaining fat which is paneer remove it water properly now press it and give it a shape and then cut it into pieces.

Take a deep bowl add 2 cups of besan with a pinch of salt and also add some ingredients like ajwain, baking soda for fluffiness now add all the paneer pieces in the batter and start deep-frying it fry it until they turn into yellowish-brown colour. Guess what.

Your tasty and spicy Paneer masala Pakora is ready to serve it hot with some green chutney.
