  • Whole year dal soaked.
  • Chana dal soaked.
  • Salt.
  • Turmeric powder.
  • Red chili powder.
  • Ginger chopped.
  • Garlic chopped.
  • Bay leaves.
  • For tempering.
  • Ghee.
  • Oil.
  • Cumin seeds.
  • Ginger.
  • Garlic cloves crushed.
  • Green chilies.
  • Onions.
  • Tomato finely chopped.
  • Coriander leaves.




Take a pressure cooker to add 1 jug water add head dal chana dal and then add salt turmeric powder, red chili powder, Ginger garlic chopped, bay leaves, and pressure cook it for five whistles.
Now for tasks of the dal take a pan to add some ghee with some oil and heat it up and now add sliced onions with some finely chopped tomato, Now add some ginger garlic crushed and then saute it well now add all the masala given up with a little bit of butter and now add take a ready dal and add tadka on it and it well with dal. Guess what
