Indian style Chinese combo recipe(tasty as hell).

Hello guys, welcome back today I am gonna create something very amazing in this crisis it’s very very harsh and risky to be outside or eating food outside and if you are an Indian I know you are missing the smell of that noodles and Manchurian but, don’t be tense guys cause today I am gonna share with you a whole dinner plate recipe for your family Chinese platter, yes, so let’s begin guys.

So,for very first our today’s recipe contains 2 Chinese items 1 Dry manchurian(nice)with Schezwan noodles. So, let’s get started with Manchurian.

Dry Manchurian ingredients:

  1. Dry spices.
  2. Coriander powder.
  3. Red chili powder.
  4. Garam masala.
  5. Garlic powder.
  6. Mixed herbs.
  7. Salt(as per taste).
  8. Black pepper.

Veggies:

  1. Cabbage(diced).
  2. Capsicum.
  3. Red bell pepper.
  4. Yellow bell pepper.
  5. Green chilies.
  6. Ginger garlic paste
  7. Spring onions.
  8. Gravy thickener(corn starch with some water).
  9. Soy sauce.
  10. Vinegar.
  11. Schezwan chutney.

So let’s start making:

Take a big Kadai heat up the flame high for smoky flavour drizzle some amount of oil and heat it up fast after that start adding veggies inside and keep sauteing them well and after that add all the dry spices given and then give them a mix afterward add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and schezwan chutney then add a little amount of water and cook it for 3minutes by continuously stirring it then add gravy thickener and give it a tight mix for a minute your gravy is ready now let’s make our Manchurian balls.

Ingredients:

  1. Cabbage(grated).
  2. Carrot(grated).
  3. Ginger garlic paste.
  4. Green chilies.
  5. Coriander powder.
  6. Red chili flakes.
  7. Salt.

Process:

Take a bowl add all the ingredients given up and then mix it nicely and make a soft dough type and then create a small ball from it and then take a Kadai add oil for deep fry then add all prepared ball in the oil and fry them until golden brown.

And now finally add balls to gravy and our Dry Manchurian is ready.

Noodles ingredients:

    1. Coriander powder.
    2. Red chili powder.
    3. Garam masala.
    4. Garlic powder.
    5. Mixed herbs.
    6. Salt(as per taste).
    7. Black pepper.
    8. Veggies.
    9. Cabbage(diced).
    10. Capsicum.
    11. Red bell pepper.
    12. Yellow bell pepper.
    13. Ginger garlic paste
    14. Spring onions.
    15. Onions.

Process:

Take a Kadai drizzle oil and heat them at high flame then add some onions and saute it well then add all the veggies given up and mix them well afterward add dry spices with soy sauce and schezwan chutney and then add boiled noodles and give them a mix and your noodles is ready.

Serve them hot on a nice Chinese plate.
