Hello, My foodies, I am sure that you have eaten mutton at many places but, the best mutton is made by your mom it has its own style so, today I am gonna share with you an awesome recipe of India’s most traditional and the crown of Indian nawabs mutton masala. So, let’s begin.
- Garlic cloves.
- Green chilies.
- Onions(finely chopped).
- Tomatoes(finely diced).
- Turmeric powder.
- Coriander powder.
- Red chili powder.
- Cumin powder.
- Ghee(filtered butter).
Ingredients for homemade mutton masala
- Cumin seeds
- Whole dry red chili
- Badi elaichi
- Black peppercorns
Blend all the spices in a blender.
Mutton masala process
Take a big Parath(Utensil), add Oil and ghee together and heat it up on low flame, and today we are going to cook our meat on a low flame that is going to give a taste to our meat ok! After that add diced onions and saute it until it turns golden brown.
Then add the paste of ginger, garlic, green chili and saute them well also now add all the powdered masala and mix them well until they start releasing oil after the oil is released.
Add all the mutton and mix it well and then cook it for 20 minutes in slow flame with close lid.
Now add diced tomatoes give a mix and then add the homemade masala and cook it for 15 minutes in the close lid. Your slow cook mutton masala is ready.
Serve it hot with some lemon rice or with naan at the top garnish it with coriander leaves.
