Hello, My foodies who don’t like eggs are my all-time favorite for winter that hot boiled eggs, and if you bored by making an omelet and egg Currys every time so, this is for you today I am gonna share with you an awesome recipe of egg biryani.

Ingredients.

  • Boiled eggs.

  • Oil.

  • Red chili powder.

  • Turmeric powder.

  • Coriander powder.

  • Salt.

  • Bay leaves.

  • Cinnamon.

  • Onions.

  • Tomato.

  • Green chilies.

  • Ginger.

  • Garlic.

  • Veg biryani masala.

  • Chicken masala

Process.

Take a vessel and add 1 jug water and heat it up until it starts releasing bubbles in it and now add eggs with some salt close the lid boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame with close lid.

Now take a cooker to add oil with the whole spices given up and saute it now add some onions and fry it until it turns into golden brown and now add the paste of ginger, garlic, green chilies, tomato and fry it. now add all the masalas given up and now mix it with a close lid for 10 minutes in medium flame.

Now add all the boiled half-cooked rice and mix it with masala and now add some ghee on top and put all the boiled eggs on top and close the lid and give a sum to it. Guess what

Your hot and tasty recipe of egg biryani is ready to serve it hot with some mint raita.
