DRY MANCHURIAN
So, hello all of my foodies we all know that because of this lockdown we cannot go out and we can only buy limited stuff so today I am going to share with you one awesome recipe called dry manchurian chilli.
INGRIDIENTS
- CABBAGE (HALF)
- FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI.
- CHOPPED CARROT.
- SALT (AS PER TASTE).
- RED CHILLI POWDER.
- CORAINDER POWDER.
- GARAM MASALA.
- CORN FLOUR.
GRAVY INGRIDIENTS
- CAPSICUM,SLICED ONIONS.
- .JULIENS CUT CABBAGE .
- SLIT GREEN CHILLIS.
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
- SOY SAUCE.
- SCHEZWAN SAUCE.
- VINEGAR.
- CORN FLOUR ((SLURY).
PROCESS TO MAKE
Take a deep bowl put all the ingridients (cabbage,green chilli,carrot,salt,red chilli powder ,corainder powder,garam masala,corn flour)mix well.
And make soft and dry dough from it make a round balls and fry it in a hot oil until it turn into golden brown colour.
for making gravy take a chinese wock and heat it put oil and CAPSICUM ,ONIONS,GREEN CHILLIS,GINGER GARLIC PASTE, SOY SAUCE, SCHEZWAN SAUCE,VINEGAR, CORN FLOUR SLURY TO THICKEN GRAVY.
NOW ,YOUR HOT AND SUPER TASTY DRY MANCHURIAN CHILLI RECIPE IS READY SERVE IT HOT IN THE BOWL.
