My love guess wha’t I am back with new recipes and the new recipe is ….Pav bhaji I know it’s so difficult to make pav bhaji at this time if you are thinking that so you are wrong I will give you the recipe which you are waiting for so long before that let’s dig into Pav bhaji’s history .

HISTORY🤔

So the story start with vada pav yes ,So vada pav was discovered by anand bhai he puts the stall near mithibhai college at Mumbai for mill workers to give them a perfect lunch so after that sardar Ahmed came from Punjab to get settle in mumbai so until that vada pav stall were everywhere in maharashtra by Shiv Sena ,Vada pav was only for lunch what sardar bhai think to give a perfect dinner to mill worker so one day he mix all the remaining vegetables in kadai with some indian masala and that was the time when pav bhaji found sardar put the pav bhaji stall at Mumbai called sardar pav bhaji which is now the most famous pav bhaji shop of whole india .

INGREDIENTS

1.Boiled potatoes

2.(Diced )tomatoes

3.(Diced)onions

4.(Diced)capsicum

5.slit green chillies

6.Ginger Garlic paste

7.Red chilli powder

8.Turmeric powder

9.Pav bhaji masala

10.salt(as per taste)

11.Garam masala

12. BOILED VEGIES(Beans,Carrots,Cauliflower,Red bell pepper)

INTRO

Take a kadai put loads of butter cause pav bhaji is incomplete without loads of butter so,😄put loads of butter and little bit of oil that butter don’t get burn and then put ginger garlic paste , green chillies toss it little bit,Put onions and fry it until it turns Into pinkish in colour and after that put capsicum and tomatoes ad toss it little bit and after that immediately put salt and toss it little bit and then put smash boiled potatoes and boiled veggies and smash them with turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala and with pav bhaji masla and then add little bit of water and smash it .Your bhaji is ready .Now it’s time for masala pav .

MASALA PAV RECIPE

Take a tava put ..butter yes and put pinch of pav bhaji masala and salt and bake the pav on flame for a seconds and guess what .

YOUR TASTY AND SUPER MOUTH WATERING SPICY PAV BHAJI IS READY TO SERVE .SERVE IT HOT WITH SOME CUBE LEMON AND WITH ONIONS ON TOP.
