Hello ,guys as you know everybody likes eating fast food everybody likes eating spicy tasty food but because of this situation from which the whole world suffering we can’t go out we can’t eat our favourite food that we daily used to eat ,but tension not today i am gonna share with you an awesome recipe anew recipe for most of the people and the recipe is Chinese samosa ,yes so today we are going to make this spicy and tasty recipe so,let’s get started .

so first for making chinese samosa we first need to prepare a filling of the samosa so ,for that we will make a noodles a spicy and tasty filling .

Noodles Ingredients

1.boiled noodles(breaked)

2.capsicum(finely chopped)

3.carrot(finely chopped)

4.onions(finely chopped)

5.schezwan sauce

6.tomato sauce

7.soy sauce

8.salt(as per taste)

Procedure for making noodles

Take a chinese wock put some amount of oil in the wock and then put onions ,capsicum,carrot,fry them a little bit and add schezwan sauce ,soy sauce ,tomato sauce and salt mix them well and add boiled noodles and mix well .

Ingredients for making samosa

1.Flour (maida)

2.salt(2 table spoon)

3.oil

4.water(2 glass)

Procedure for making a crisp

Take a deep bowl and put flour ,salt , oil and just mix it after that mix it with the water and make a soft dough

Procedure for making chinese samosa

Take a copper plate make a balls from the dough and make a long circle and cut them into 4 pieces so they will become triangle in shape and take one piece of triangle and make your hand in a circle position and then add the filling that we made and close then close the portion of it wit applying little bit of water and ten fry them into a hot oil and give them a deep fry and fry them until it turns into golden brown colour .

Your hot and tasty recipe is ready serve your tasty samosas with mint sauce or ketchup.
