  • Saunth powder.
  • Red chilli powder.
  • Turmeric powder .
  • Corainder powder.
  • Dried pepre chili.
  • Fennnel seeds roasted.
  • Cumin seeds.

Process.

Process.

Take a grinder and add all the ingredients given up and grind it Into a fine paste and add into a bowl now add chicken pieces with some gushes and mix them well and now place a small bowl and put hot charcoal in middle with some splash of oil and close the lid and now keep it for at least 30 minutes and now take a grill pan and drizzle a little bit of oil and now place chicken pieces one by one and now grill it until it turns into golden brown. Guess what.

Your hot smoky chicken peri peri is ready to serve it hot with some green chutney and with some mint raita.
