Chicken chops masala recipe
Hello, my foodies if you are looking for the recipe which is simple and fast to cook, yet to not compromise in taste so today I am gonna share with you the recipe that I often try every day for making spicy and tasty food.
- 2tbspoon oil.
- 2tbspoon ghee.
- Onion (finely chopped).
- 1tbspoon salt.
- 1tbspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1.2kg chicken.
- 3/4tbspoon turmeric powder.
- 2 to 3 tbspoon red chili powder.
- 4 to 5 green chilies (slit).
- 1tbspooon garam masala powder.
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- Coriander leaves (fresh fine chopped)on top after chicken gets ready.
Take a big pan or any utensil you want to make now heat it up on medium flame now add oil and ghee together and heat it up now saute all the fine chopped onions until they turn in golden brown now add some salt with garam masala and mix them until they released all the smell now add ginger garlic paste with all the masala given now mix then well with the splash of water now add chicken and Cook it with the close lid until the chicken releases all the water from it now add some slit green chilies with the splashing refreshing lemon give it a mix and add some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Guess what.
Your hot and spicy tasty chicken chops are ready to serve it hot with any bread you like or with rice.
