Chicken cafreal is an African and Indian mixed recipe so it was found in 1770 by some random tribe of Africa which came in India to create houses under British rule. So that was the time when chicken cafreal created so now let’s jump into the recipe.

Chicken cafreal recipe:

Take a Grinder to add some roughly Chopped coriander with some roughly chopped ginger and add some garlic cloves without peeling it and add 4 slit green chillies now it’s time for some masala In masala add, Dalchini, Cumin seeds, Ajwain, Bay leaves, Cloves (lavang)and grinds it in a fine paste without adding any water.

And now take the deep bowl with a chicken before marinating chicken put some gushes ( cuts ) In chicken pieces and now after making cuts add a paste you have created and also for a taste add some pinch of salt and turmeric and mix it well and keep it aside for a rest for 1 hour until then we will create our potato for decorating cut potato in circle shape and fry it on low flame in low oil for a minute after a potato add some a more oil in the same pan you cooked potato and now fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn reddish in colour and now add some amount of water in grinder in which you grinded your green paste and mix water in grinder nicely so all the masala get released. And now mix the spice water with your fried chicken and now cook it for 15 minutes in the close lid. And now guess what.

Your hot tasty Chicken cafreal is ready to serve it hot with some fried potato in a plate and chicken cafreal on top.
